Sales Administration

Responsibility

  • Provide sales and admin support to the sales team
  • Attend to daily customer inquiries and correspond with customers on work orders
  • Issue PO, quotations and invoicing
  • Handle work scheduling, operations planning, purchasing, work at sites issues and updating work status promptly
  • Co-ordinate and follow up closely on all outstanding work or issues at sites
  • Source for necessary vendors/suppliers and update vendor list
  • Maintain a proper record and filing system

Requirement

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with an initiative
  • Meticulous, able to handle stress and meet deadlines
  • Good team player with good communication skills
