Responsibility

• Responsible for project materials and machinery sourcing, compare and negotiate for the best deal
• Source for vendors and quotations, negotiate and perform cost versus quality analyses
• Coordinate closely with relevant Department to track deliveries and verify of delivered items/ services.
• Process site orders and arrange delivery logistics
• Liaise with Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors
• Responsible for monthly analytical reports to management
• Maintain a central material price list
• Admin support for Contracts Team
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year(s) experience in the same position
• Independent and Willing to learn
• Able to communicate fluently and confidently with team members and suppliers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
