Sales

Responsibility

• Assist in preparation of sales proposals, quotations, tenders and contracts based on project requirements
• Monitoring of upcoming and ongoing projects for tendering
• Identify sales opportunities and follow-up on leads
• Manage existing customers relationships
• Follow up closely on projects process throughout the whole project
• Require to interact well with all levels to ensure that projects are being carried out on schedule

Requirement

• Min 3 years of sales experience for the construction industry
• Willing to travel to different sites in Singapore
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive working attitude and a team player
