Designer

Responsibility

• Conceptualizing, design development and technical drawings of the products
• 3D modeling and image rendering of products
• Do layout Presentation for the sales department
• Dictate clients design brief
• Space planning and design concept
• Design documentation, specification and detailing
• Preparing design presentations and compiling sample boards 

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Relevant years of experience in building/construction trade
• Able to perform under tight schedules and meet deadlines
• A team player with good communication skills
• Highly motivated with a positive working attitude
• Proficiency in Rhinoceros, and AutoCAD will be highly advantageous
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
